What we need…
- Your exceptional customer services skills; preferably from with a technical help desk or call center environment (minimum one year)
- Flexibility – Must be able to work a flexible schedule over any shift
- Be a curious problem solver with a strong desire to learn
- High school diploma; technical certifications (Net+, COmpTIA A+ are examples) or an AAS degree highly preferred
- Ideally, some experience in understanding how a restaurant and POS equipment works
- An understanding of database (SQL skills preferred), network environments and local PC file and folder structure is helpful.
